AmeriCare's Corporate Philosophy

Honesty. Integrity. Service.

These are the ingredients that comprise the foundation on which AmeriCare is built. These words cannot be taken lightly because, before any act is carried out, our mission statement and corporate philosophy must be considered. All of our actions arise from them.

Honesty. Our dealings with clients and patients must reflect this basic tenet of our business. We must always be upright and truthful with clients and individual patients. Half-truths and misleading statements have no place in the transaction of our business. We must be forthright and above-board with all concerned. If we are wrong or make a mistake, we will admit it, and take corrective action. We will not cover up or try to place blame elsewhere.

Integrity. This trait reflects the overall moral principles of our business. The integrity of the business, and the people who operate it, is an important fundamental that cannot be overlooked. It's what makes us whole and sound and is the common thread that runs throughout. Our integrity makes us strong.

Service. AmeriCare is a professional home health care service. We can have total honesty and integrity, but unless we provide the highest level of service available, we are of little help. Our service must continually be of the highest caliber, second to none. Reputation is built on excellent quality and service above the rest. It is better to refer a client to a competitor than to provide substandard service.
